Moved my car to some new accomadation, while I prep for some painting in my garage, thought it was a bit small but surely a little Escort will fit in there..... Phew, only just though, theres about an inch gap front and back, lol the nosecone almost came off earlier than I had planned....

Theres an old van popped up on gumtree perth, 2 litre with bubble windows, sundowner maybe? I'd post a link but I drive trucks and eat meat pies better than I work a computer.... Could be a good start for someone, or maybe yield some parts although it'd be a shame to see another one go to the metal yard..............

Has anyone used the various brands of tyre weld? Got caught out on a machine at work during the week, normally I'd just plug the hole, but without a compressor in the field that wasn't an option. Dubiously I gave the tyre weld a go. Amazed that the little can put 20psi in a completely flat tyre, it fizzed out the hole, sealed and got me back to the yard no worries. Still have my reservations though, the instructions say it shouldn't be kept over 50 degrees so it's not really a substitute for keeping a spare in the boot... Impressed all the same......

Hi all
im new here and thought id introduce my self and my car. Its a 76 RS2000 with a v8 conversion that is engineered and regoed in SA. Im currently running a Cleveland V8 with a rollerrized reversed pattern 6 pinion etc C4 transmission and a 5,000 rpm stall convertor. rear axle is a shortened 9 inch with moser axles and a strange mini spool centre with 3.77 gears.
Its awesome fun to drive and shocks a few people on the street when they realize what its about.
