Pinto with engel cam

Hey guys just started taking apart my pinto engine because it had no compression. It has an ep28 cam in it
Am I going to expect it to be a pig to drive around town as it says racing only?
And how much extra power should we expect?

Are you sure it's an EP28, as that engle cam is a V6 cam, not a Pinto cam.  Sure you'e not looking at the "EP" cast mark which is common to Pitno billets no matter what the grind is?

    Matt,

Have a look on the back end of cam. ID marks are stamped in the end facing heater bubble.

That is just a cast number.  You need to look on the back or front of the cam and see if anything is stamped in either end.  EP26 billets are everywhere.  Could be anything
