pinto valve clearance?

Hi guys
When I got this engine all I was told is it has a lumpy cam
Its got new std valves
Std rocker arms
Std springs
The cam has no marking except the number 35 stamped on one end does this mean anything to anyone?
What should I set the gap to?

Cheers

If you look at a Kent Cams catalogue on their website, all their performance camshafts for a Pinto show the valve clearances to be  .008" In / .010" Ex  or .010" In / .012" Ex

    Why not try .009" / .011" initially
