acceleration problem

Hello!

I just got my hands on a rs2000 replica, im having some issues during acceleration that i cant find out whats causing it.

When i put a small amount of pressure on the throttle pedal its working, but when floor the pedal its sounding like im hitting a rev limiter.
Its just not accelerating, same when i have medium throttle applied when driving uphill.

Ive tried adjusting the carb, but it wont idle at base line settings. I need to apply 3,5-4 turns on idle speed screw for it to keep ideling. Carb is 32/36 dgv btw.

As im no master mechanic im looking for some tips on what to check next.

Thanks!
