13" Steel rims to take centre hub cap and Mk1 Escort outer sun visor in SA

Hi All,
 
Posting for a mate, hes restoring a Mk1 Escort and whats a period look. Hes after a set of 13" rims (TC Cortina I think....that take a centre hub cap).
 
With or without tyres.
 
Also after a used sun visor for front windscreen.
 
In South Australia.
