Engine spec help pls

I've just picked up a pinto second hand and found it has the following, i've only done rough measurements with the ruler my verniers are at work.
 
Cam has markings FP4-71
Pistons 060 bore is about 93mm
Piston BTC to TDC is about 78mm
The gasket that came off seems thicker than standard and is a felpro R5  8361PT
 
The cam has no visible wear on the lobes and the bores are very clean and still have honing marks present. Just concerned if its had the deck or head skimmed and if i need to fit a thicker gasket as it doesnt have a vernier pulley.

    Untouched - head thickness is 94.5mm & I think block deck is 207.5mm from crank c/line
