esc-078 yes these kits are no problem to make, keeping the price reasonable or near the US kits would be difficult. Most of the cars that I am dealing with couldn't use them as the rules won't allow them. You would struggle to find an engineer to pass them and a roadworthy would depend on how hard it got looked at.

If there is genuine interest I would look into making them.
