Try a restrictor in the lines to the oil catch can Ensure the pinto tappet cover breather is clean, and the block breather has the baffle fitted to it, and the baffle is not missing or has sections missing. Ensure the tappet cover baffle is fitted at the oil/fill breather
    outlet.

The catch can should have a baffle it it with the inlet pipes connected to standpipes that exit after the baffle.
Try filling the catch can if no baffle with a polyester insulation packed to fill the interior of the catch tank.

Where does it end up- back to carby or inlet manifold to be burned? has to have an outlet somewhere or crank case pressure builds ?

Make sure you cut out and remove the ball bearing in the breather valve on the block.

If you are blowing out oil more than likely your rings are gone and are getting blow by

    Cheers
