CAMSHAFT HELP .. made in usa what is it

I have a made in usa camshaft in my pinto A 29 C.2 I.5 CWC D.2 (in the casting) on the tail stamped 0
ant help please.

    thanks now luck.
    I tried the dial gauge measure and came out with about  43/85 46/103 11.5mm lift.
    I think I must of measured the exhaust wrong looking at it now.
    so at the end I used the Vulcan video to dial in the cam.
