Alloy Pinto head

Hi,
Burton Power UK are listing an Aliminium Pinto head in their 2011 Catalogue.
I contacted them in the hope it was a head built to give better results than the Cast Iron lump.
Well !!, after several E's I have established the porting and chambers are left to the customers requirement which they will do for a price, and the bare head is toward 3000 Quid.
I was disappointed to say the least as they were leaving the development to the customer and they would start later.
Pretty poor I thought.
Les.

I would be looking in the US. My dad's mk2 has a alloy pinto head from the states, with revised ports for improved flow.

Seeing as we are all members of a Forum (the sharing of ideas and information between like minded individuals) I thought somebody who knew the answer might spare me 20-50 keystrokes and share.......and you did!!!

    Thanks
