yeah 110 at the fly, this is a complete assumption just going on by similar motors with similar upgrades.

yeah eats Holden 3.8's, and i wouldn't really say keeps up, but my escort does put up a fight against my mates manual BA xr6's

i am constantly finding myself playing tiggy with xr8's and SS's on the highway...by tiggy i mean they fly past me, then after they slow down i throttle it and fly past them [:x)]

    nobody ever expects it!!

My pinto is about the 170hp mark or maybe a bit more. Haven't put it on dyno yet. Motor owes me a bit though. My MK2 beats most standard v8's. I have tall gearing for the highway. 2900 rpm @ 100kph. if had 3.7 or 3.9 gears would be alot quicker off the line.

leave ya stereo system at home, keep the Escort light and lightly modify it and enjoy! Mines still got the 32/36, extractors and i'll play with the 6's and V8' to 140! There are alot of disgruntled drivers that thought they could take out 'it's only a 4 cylinder!' It put a smile on my face when I beat them!
