Pinto engine

hey guys, im looking into building my pinto engine, the motor is out of Steviestar's escort he has told me i have a cosworth crank stroking to 2.2lt how can i find this out for sure?

    If you pull off the head and measure the bore & stroke and do the sums you will know for sure...

    If the engine is out, an easy way is to count the number of flywheel bolts on the back. Pinto has 6, cossie has 9. If it's only 6... it's not cosworth, if it has 9 then it's a cossie[:I], you will then need to check the stroke.

    thanks guys, when i pull the engine out ill pull the clutch off and have a look, fingers crossed for good news, hope i have what stevie said the motor has.

    One other quick question how much is a 205block worth?
