Cam Shaft

just wondering if there is a way of finding out what type of cam I've got

Mine is stamped RNZ on the rear of the shaft and by #2 cylinder on H10

and by #3 cylinder is the Ford logo. Is there a way by means of using

some special tools to work out lift and duration ect
