I'll be watching Whooligan and may go for a white set if it gets to that stage.
Good stuff guys.

I'm happy to pay $850 for a set. And would expect delivery within two months. I don't think the door cards are hard to make if your a trimmer (but not a small trimmer) tooling set up etc. Problem i think with bulk orders will be the problem of supplying the front tops or rear blanks for the trimmer. I need multiple sets but won't pay current prices knowing they normally only go up.

i think at the present moment you blokes should hold off a little on the trim sets

with the english pound falling by the week and maybe the talk of free trade deal with australia this will bring down the prices by heaps ...

i know ill be waiting a little longer till the pound falls even more then pounce on it and buy a whole heap of stuff that has all the sudden got cheaper ..

The dollar is pretty strong against the pound at the moment; so good I pulled the trigger earlier this week with a big order. Maybe it will go up more, or maybe it will go down, but there's no doubt it's much stronger now than it was a year ago.

WTB: Recaro seat - any condition considered

So are the UK trims done in the Australian vinyl profile or are they different?

ill get some pics up this arvo ones i took didnt come out to well
my trimmer's dad worked for ford homebush doing  trims etc , untill they shut down
i went with the basket weave and a different outer style as i cant stand the ****ty plain vynil

the trimmer is in windsor nsw if anybody is interested  i can give you his number

door trims not sure if its the same vynil profile but im not concerned about that i know the quality is second to none as i have seen a set  for capri's made by them at the small ford wreckers in sydney and they were outstanding

the only other choice in trims that i know of is pro stich  and the last time i spoke to them were no different
also i saved quite a bit of money getting them from the uk and time as well
750 delivered from uk brand new is a bargain and 4 odd weeks turn around 3 weeks to make 1 week to deliver by dhl..cant get that here in aus well not that i know of...

pro stich need to get there act together ..1350 + your metal base and 3-8 months is a joke
there no bloody way id wait 3-8 months for trims took me 6 to cut rust and replace the panels body work etc ...

the alderidge ones  should be here next week some time and ill get some pics up ...

There were 2 types of aus patterns, a course kind of snake skin look and a finer pattern.  I think they were they same as xy & xw patterns.  I would also be interested to know if the aldridge ones are fine or course.
