Didn't get a far as I wanted this weekend. Got the diff back in and plumbed. Got the lower control arms in and steering back in but didn't get to get the brakes up and running.

A successful couple of hours over the weekend! Brake system fully bled with only one leak, which was a result of the fitting not being tight enough. First time at making brake lines so i was happy with that result. The trick i found was putting the tool in the vice so you could hold it steady while filing and turning the press on the dies. Now to sort out the hand brake, get oils back in the diff and gearbox, wheels back under it and get it wired back up again. Did anyone find an aftermarket radiator off ebay which fits well into the original location? I don't want to do any cutting or welding now that it has all been painted. Mine has been damaged and was just looking at an alternative of getting a cheapy to get it back on the road.

Well done on the brake lines, I'm about to bleed mine in a couple of weeks, my first time at making them too, hope I have your luck... Spoke to a guy who bought one of those cheap ally radiators from ebay, turned out to be pretty nasty, best to be avoided. Keep up the good work, you should be on the road in no time... Drew...

Best of luck Drew! I did have an issue originally with the feed from my pedal box to my lines, but swapped this over for a banjo bolt and braided line and all was good. Thanks for advice re alloy radiator. I might spend the time getting mine fixed then

Finally back on the ground. Sitting high due to the wheel offset in relation to coil over nut. Now wiring time

Slowly working on the wiring. The front is nearly done just waiting on a new order of Delphi connectors but I won't wrap it all until I've started it and know that it runs. Started working on the surge tank relocation to the boot and wiring for the fuel pumps. New radiator has been ordered, just a cheapy from eBay, see how that goes. Aiming to start it in about a month I hope!

I have also considered a concentric location ring for my rear disc conversion as you have done. Good work 👍

Yes that's it Unfortunately I found this item after already doing a chop with the original bracket, so I ended up cutting all that out and then installing this. Cut once, weld twice.... Or something along those lines

Radiator trial fit A few alloy spaces will be made as was expected as it's deeper than original which I had made the cutout in the bottom panel for, but nothing I won't be able to tidy up
