Nah, the barn door window seals are the right size and fused as one piece.Same way the Windscreen seals are done .. No trimming etc. Side window seals are normally in lengths to be cut to size. ... my van is windowless so didn't worry there!

The cars getting very close to being completed, I'm just redoing the front end with all new bushes, a lick of paint here and there's, new rotors and pads, lowered king springs and some close to new Monroe shocks:)

Looking good mate , do you have the splash guards that screw to the foot well and have a rubber sealing edge at the inner guard

What spec is your van? I have used the same dash facia in my RS because it fits the black/ silver combo I have used as the interior colour scheme. Didn't know what spec it came from.
