Roof Lining - ebay seller

Has anyone here used A1trimsupply on eBay for any of their vehicles?

Just after feedback on quality, fit and finish

eBay feedback looks promising, price is a little higher but it may be worth the extra.

Thanks

I buy my headlinings from Aldridge trim UK , you may pay a bit more
But Quality and workmanship in the product is vital.
I had bought a headlining through ebay many years a ago from Victoria
and when I was fitting it , the seams were just pulling apart where it had been sewn
Then I had a local trimmer make one, he had 2 goes at it.
For me its Aldridge all the way,
I have fitted several for myself and my workshop customers.

I bought one for the yellow 4 door RS i restored a couple of years ago from an Ebay seller and it was great.  From memory cost about $175 and came with plenty of extra material.

    Make it go FASTER!

Thanks guys. UK it is then. East Kent Trim supplies also looks like an option.

Sadly there isn't too many AU advertised options now. Local trimmers saying between 3-4 weeks.

I'll order from UK and give install a go myself

    Thanks,
    Rhys

Its a pity there arent that many suppliers of parts for the escorts other than mechanical, i`ve noticed that theres fewer places selling rust patches now than 10 years ago.

Why not make the headlining yourself?
All you need is a normal sewing machine, strong cotton, cloth tape and the head lining material and about 20 minutes.
With a little care the exact appearance of the original can be replicated.
    It is not rocket science.

    Hi Peter,

I haven't touched a sewing machine since Home Ec in high school. Its probably not rocket science but I best stick to the things I'm good.

    Cheers,
    Rhys
