Mk1 Capri Rear Seat into Mk1 2dr Escort?

Hi All,
 
Will a Mk1 Capri rear seat fit into a Mk1 Escort 2dr with little to no modification?
 
Anyone done such a thing? The back/upper section looks like it would be higher but I've never owned a Capri to be familiar with one.

    The capri seatback is aprox. 50mm higher and 50mm wider than the escort. Another problem is that the escort has wheel arch cutouts and the capri seatback has none.

    Thanks for your help Ron, the wheel arch cutouts are pretty obvious now I look at a picture of a Capri seat.
