i just oversized drilled them, the bolts then run on the inside edge of all 4 holes if that makes sence, just be sure to get it as centred as possible and do them up tight

What keeps the rotor concentric on the hub?
Escort centre is 68mm and the TX3 is 75mm - the rotor will rely on the mounting bolts to retain concentricity.
I doubt an engineer would accept that unless insrts are fitted .......

Laser bolt holes are larger diameter as well as larger pcd. It so happens that if laser rotor is used as is it will bolt up to escort hub concentrically due to inside edges of the rotor holes being tight fit on the bolts. Perfectly concentric, checked!

Whether a specific engineer is happy with that is entirely up to the engineer, so you are best clarifying with your engineer.

mine spin true as, enough for me to be happy, as for engineers, disc mounting least of my issues
