Always. People don't normally scrap 2 door shells and the replacement parts are worth a fortune if you import them.

Have a look at www.steelpanels.co.uk and price a new rear quarter for a mk1.

I need a roof repair section for a sunroof that I want to get rid of.

And fordsy, i wouldn't normally scrap anything, especially an escort, but i don't really have the room for it and i couldn't even give it away for free, and that was with the doors glass and diff still in there. thats the only reason it is going to the wreckers.

It was very tempting to borrow a trailer and come down and get it but I'd have various parts of my anatomy removed if I came home with another car.
