Matt's Cossie

Well after a few requests I have decided it's finally time to put some photos up of my Cossie. Some of you will recognise the car from its previous life. I have only owned it since 2004. I was actually in the process of doing up an XR4TI when I saw the Cossie advertised. I had never expected to see it offered for sale but, after previously seeing it at the QLD All Ford Day, I had to have it and I have never regretted that decision. It has been a fabulous car and has only really needed a little maintenance in the time I have owned it which is a real credit to the care it received from its previous owner. It still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it :) Late last year I carried out some maintenance & tidied up the engine bay a bit. Here are some pic's

For those of you that haven't seen the car before.

Arse end

Engine bay complete with new Samco hoses, lifters, water pump, oil seals, t/belt & tensioner, etc, etc. Most of which didn't require replacement, but I never do things by halves. :)

The new Pro Alloy radiator installed & old intercooler freshly polished.

Cheers Matt

Thanks for all the positive comments guys.

Mark, I'm sure your engine remembers..... Does it want to come home???? So are you saying you want to know more about the cossie or more about my current & previous cars???

Ty, I'm not sure what you mean, other cars........... lol [:x)]

Shaun, Yes the Mk1 is in pretty good nick, no rust & only some optional old lady dints in the body :) I was going to turn it into a hillclimb/track car so ripped out the 1300 & original retrimmed interior - not sure if that was a good move now [8~2]
