AJR allan jones racing Signiture series 16x7.5. wanted 17s but for 300 for the set (no tires) i cant complain. They have a few gutter scapes thou.[:(!]
I was looking at ford Phantom purple but i might leave that for my other RS, and make this one White. Hopefully it will draw less attention then.[%][%]
My rear end has one advantage over allans, I still have a back seat.

Well my coilovers turned up today so i have started to make and fit the turrets in the rear. Hope to have it going by the end of this weekend all going well.
All my engine parts are here so i will have to be busy with doing all that also and get it wired and running then a big shoe horn to get it all in.

Had the 20c peice as comparison for size. It has a 85mm stroke and a 97mm bore and a huge crank in it. Should make for some good fun when its in.[%][%]

well 3am and i have just finished working on the beast. All the rear end is in and i would take it for a spin but its a bit loud straight from the exctractors at 3am.
Its booked in tomorrow (later today actually) for an exaust system which is why i had to get it finished tonight. Twin 2 1/2 inch straight throu system. One muffler and ressie per side.
I am very happy with the finished product. I will post some pics as soon as i get a chance. David

Well I have to say that if any one is looking at putting in a 5 link rear end, they are awesome. I have 2.77 gears in the back but can release the clutch hard at 5000rpm and it just bites in and goes. about 3000rpm was tops with the leaves. The springs i am using are very stiff also as i am only getting about15mm of sag.
If anyone has a V6 capri i highly recomend a 2 1/2 twin system for them. It has given me heaps of extra power right throu the rev range compared to the 1 3/4 to 1 1/2 over the diff twin system, And sound POSH. I will post picks once i have my camera back.

Yes, still got the rear seat. I will get some pic tomorrow. I am having lots of fun playing around with a G-tech. Cool little device. I have hooked up the bias velve so i have my brakes working properly and acording to the Gtech....

60mph to 0 in 47m.
Still fine tuning the brake bias.

0 to 60mph 7.6sec.
Still learning to launch with the new setup and 2.77 gears.

1/4 mile of 16.00 91mph
And 120Rwhp ad 20% 144hp at the flywheel.
I expected about 160-170 out of the V6. Its running a bit like a dog so i am going to take it to a mate to get the webbers surviced and tuned.

I will run it over the pit tomorrow and get some good pics of it for everyone to have a look at.

Well i havnt had a chance to get any good pics but this is a taste. I had to weld in a plate in the boot because the watts link bracket had starteed to crack the floor pan where it was welded to. i had expected this thou, just throu flexing. all seems to be good now thou.

Good isnt it. I bought some proper ones on friday.
I am still sorting it out the rear thou. I am going to replace all the rubbers with nolathane bushes because the diff is twisting and the tail shaft has just touched the floor pan. I may have to mod the floor also when i put in some softer springs if i go to the drags. Lots of work in it and i dont know how the engerneer is going to like it yet[:x)][%].
