Drop-link kit

Hi all

Does anyone have any pics they can send me of a front sway drop-link kit installed. The ones from Burtons or RD.

Thanks
Brett.

    This may be of limited help but here's mine. I fabricated a swaybar as I couldn't work out how to use the standard swaybar in a way I was happy with.

    I had been told that you can use the RD type swaybar clamps by turning the original swaybar upside down but I couldn't work out how to make this work.

    Yeah thanks. I came across the pics of yours last night when searching. You'd think that someone somewhere has actually installed it successfully.

    hey guys, i haven't seen a setup like this before. interested for track street and hillclimb

    * is this just a rally thing that takes the load off the lca?

    * does this improve handling?

    * where do you get this kit and how much is it?

    * is it worth the trouble?

    You use them when you have compression strut sets up, as in the picture. As the compression struts go into the original roll bar pick ups, you are now left with a roll bar with no where to hook it up. It bolts to the front of the compression strut. Exact same design as RKC_123 but different in the way its made.

    So the drop link is a mechanical device that links the suspension to the roll bar and control the roll.

    The attached pic is the kit I sell. The block that looks like a house attaches to the roll bar and the bolt takes up the difference in size (its a multi fit thing). I sell them for $210 complete

    So what is the advantage of a compression strut set up?
    Is it worth it?
