but a cosworth isn't meant to be in there? 'dont wanna butcher it for something thats not meant to be in there'?? nah im all for it mate put the cossie in there for sure. I have 2 Escorts with both sr20det and highly worked pinto. Yet to drive either but the pinto'd one will be done soon and i'd say the pinto is the best bang for buck and the ease of it makes it hard to pass.

a cosworth is still made by ford though,im talkin puttin nissan engines in them,i bet they go hard,i had a silvia with a turbo sr and it was awesome,in a car that weighs 900 kg would be even better but i'd rather stick with a ford engine, and i dont get the whole V8 thing,IMO the car is too small for a V8

yeah thats why im my opinion Toranas cheat... cars pretty much the same size as an escort yet 5ltr v8's are bolt in swaps.

ok guys,so the tax office has only just put my tax bonus in today!!!
dumb thing is ,my bank account was over drawn so now i am about 250 bucks down,i would love to go get the esky today but it aint gonna happen,i have to wait till next weekend,i get paid next week so ill make up the loss then,im goin to pay for it on Thursday after work and shift it to my nannas house where i am going to drain the oil and change filter, drop a bit of diesel down the chambers to free up the rings and drop some fresh 98 octane juise in the tank, also im gonna blow out all the spiderwebs inside and outside of the car,
i will hopefully be bringing it bac to my house on Sunday if all goes well and i can drive it the 100 km journey home
does anyone have any other suggestions to gettin a old 2 litre to fire up when its been sitting for 3 years, never started and never moved
