how do you go by rego as a historic or vintage car?what requirements for it?can i rego with twin side draughts,no back seat and roll cage as a street car? would i be better off with a back seat and pull cage out until its rego'ed?

You need to be a member of a car club that runs a "club plate" scheme. The club will determine what level of mods they are willing to accept.
