Looking good Chris.

Are you getting the seat belts done by Saetbelt Solutions? Either way I would be interested in seeing/hearing about the results.

Yeah Gareth,in between working on other cars i try to squeeze a bit of time in for mineIt aint easy though!!

Sean,im going to give Seatbelt Solutions a try.
Im in the motor trade & have tried everywhere i can think of to get them done, but keep hitting a brick wall.
They are the only mob who can do the belts in the correct type of webbing for a Mk2 Escort.

I should be sending them off next week so i will keep you posted.

I used seatbelt solutions for the belts out of my RS and they cam out great. Is such a surprise everytime I get in the RS now that I am not trying to pick the belt up off the ground.

Nice work with the RS looks great.

Andrew on here (Diablo) had his rebuilt with new webbing by a place in WA - they did a grat job and were reasonably priced.

I think I'll be going there also

Well, its been a while so i thought i would post a quick update.

With the help of a few talented guys(you know who you are) I spent a day over the Easter break getting the engine & gearbox fitted into the RS.

We managed to get it all in without scratching or chipping any paint which was quite a relief!
Sorry for the dodgey pic quality, will try to get some better pics up in the next few days.

Plug lead holders are available on Ebay if you search.
They are available in black as well.

Thanks for the kind words guys[:I]
Getting the motor & box in was one of the last big things that was left to be done. Now that they are both in its looking like a car again.
I cant wait to get it finished & drive it now!

Daz,the strut tops are a billet alloy part using spherical bearings.
I got mine thru Burtons.

Looking good now with the Engine in.

What colour is the engine and rocker cover?

Where did you get the little clips under the bolts to hold down the rocker cover from?

Cheer
Andrew
