they are direct fit to a 2 litre strut, could not be bothered messing around with anything else, and they are going to cost me 380 for rears and 500 for fronts, the fronts are made to order so its a long wait for them to come from germany [B)]

well my quickshifter arrived today, so much smoother then standard rs one, also fitted new gearbox mount as the old one was original and soft as jelly, ordered my bilstien shocks came to a total of $908 and theyre coming over from Sydney so that should get the car feeling a bit nicer, ill also do adjustable strut tops and new front and rear springs and a superpro bush kit while im at it, can any one recommend a brand of strut tops ?, and with any luck all my brake components should arrive tommorow so ill fit them up 2morow night, so over the next few weeks my car should feel totally different

well my cars up and running with twin webers today, got heinrich motorsport to make up an accelerator bracket for me, im not to good with a welder so they did a good job, its not running as good as can be but pretty damn well for not being tuned definately gained power, (running rich as came off car with cam and headwork) and have some noltec adjustable strut tops and some new king springs on order so hopefully will have a bit nicer car for the up coming track day, ill get the car on dyno this week and see if i can improve on the 57.5 rwkw figure i pulled with a stock motor

well dynoed my new setup today, twin 40 on a standard motor and pulled 65.02 kw a gain of 7.2 kw over a standard induction setup and its making alot more torque all through rev range, im pleased, least it wasn't a loss, so now time for a cam and some head work

purchased a new engine on weekend, couldnt help myself
heres the specs:
20 thou over bore. Shot pened rods. flat top pistons. balanced. Head port and polish. new over sized vales (triple angles, facing). new valve springs and rockers. wade cam. inlet opens at 50 deg and closes at 77 deg, exh opens at 63 deg and closes at 48degs. Inlet duration 307 deg, Exh 291 deg. Over lap of 98 deg. 400 thou lift. Adjustable cam gear. alloy rocker cover. pace maker extractors

previous owner made 152 hp atw on efi throttle bodies, so im expecting less on twin 40's but should still be a fun package
started ripping out engine tonight, should finish and hopefully get it running by Sunday afternoon, then off to the carby specialist next week if all goes to plan!
