My 1980 RS2000

Well as a few of you may already know ive returned from the darkside(sold the commodore) and purchased myself a wonderfull rs
heres some pictures...sorry had to pinch yours Rhys, been to dark to take my own

Engine Specs: 20 thou over bore. Shot pened rods. flat top pistons. balanced. Head port and polish. new over sized vales (triple angles, facing). new valve springs and rockers. wade cam. inlet opens at 50 deg and closes at 77 deg, exh opens at 63 deg and closes at 48degs. Inlet duration 307 deg, Exh 291 deg. Over lap of 98 deg. 400 thou lift. Adjustable cam gear. alloy rocker cover. pace maker extractors. twin 40 mm webers

    cheers for all the comments guys, thought you'd be happier with this choice of car , im thinkin the black centre superlites, but still wanna check out all my options before i lash out

    Good buy mate. For wheels, i'd go the superlites with charcol centres, its a good comprimise between the original colour and black.

    IMO...Superlites whilst they suit the car, have been done to death on RS2000's. Try to find something to make it stand out from the pack.

    so your the one who bought it. very nice car. gavin in your tafe class came back to work on Friday and said that " some guy in my tafe group just baught a sweet rs" he was a bit shocked when i described it to him perfectaly. lol
