I am embarrased to say how much. let's say I allways find a way to pay the maximum. These are Capri laser rims. I think the cheapest way at present is 13 x 7 Reproduction Rims off Ebay from JMCMotor Sport. They are 349pound 715AUS say $100 for delivery $815 the would be about half of what I paid.

Mathew
I few problems have arrisen which is seeing the completion delayed.
I have had to take the engine out on Monday 28th, have difficulties with sealing the sump. So I had to put it back on the eginge stand to resolve this.
Starter motor was the incorrect one and was engaging to far forward.
waiting on the correct one.
Need a remote fuel pressure guage. Waiting on delivery.
Replaced swirl pot with AN fitting one as the push on type was releasing to much fumes.
I installed the crank angle sensor in backwards which has stopped me from firing it up. I have sorted that out and replaced the wiring with shielded wire.
Custom Fuel Rail leaked so I sent it back to be repaired. Waiting on delivery.

Today 31st
Engine is back in just waiting on parts listed above.
I had the car over to the exhaust shop on the 18th so it has a full exhasut system and it was a bugger to re-connect after taking the engine out.
I have the standard fuel pressure rail. The starter motor should be here today so I should be able to start it today or Friday and then get it registered next week.

Car runs now just need a new lift pump after an electrical mistake. But I will close this project and create a Showroom post soon.

I am trailering it down to Warwick Farm All Ford Day and it will be on the Eurospeed Tradestand.

I will see all you NSW guys at the show.

Bill,

That is an absolutely awesome job, a real credit to you. The conversion looks very neat. I've enjoyed watching the progress.

Cheers
