Ah and there was I thinking the radiator was an easy off the shelf solution.
One thing I won't have a problem with is the heater, its going straight in the bin!

That may help... The part number for my Alt Reg. is 85561921...
As I said that is for the 02-04 Focus Zetec. If you use that website above you may find the part number you need and ask the Auto Elecy to get it for you... You really need the thing stripped to identify the reg. and hopefully match the after market one that doesn't require the ecu.

I got the cooflex hoses in on the weekend. A bit of bling for All Ford Day in August.

I have also given the escort wiring 12v tonight and cranked the engine over. Yes it cranks over. It has water, not coolant yet cause I didn't want to waste it while fixing leaks and now I just need to give it some oil and petrol.

Well we are getting very close, just sorting out accelerator cable purchased one from burtons, front and rear brake reservoir lines and sunroof. So let me take you around the car.

LED Gear stick knob you need some creature comforts at my age.

SMCKA Battery tray but it needs to be vented for Engineer so I cut and shut the old box into it.

Tweakit swirlpot

Don't really want to show you my wiring its a bit messy with the lift pump and sunroof relay's

And the engine bay now with it backing plate on and trumpets.

Car should start in two weeks.

As the injectors go directly into the head you only need an alloy case to hold the butterfly's and trumpets, so half a throttle body maybe. This is a Eurospeed item, I believe Geoff CNC'd it in his shop. Geoff is making another fuel rail for me so I will have some more bling in the engine bay.
