Some better pics of the engine. Having trouble with the can bus but sorted now. This is alluminium box housing all the electrics that fits behind the dash so you will not see all of this. The ECU (pectel) is behind the left panel. The SDL (dash) and gear cut box is going in the far right box.

Also the power steering pump mounted to the back of the dry sump pump. All just fits!

Alternator mount.

The throttle body bits made is stainless.

Some better pics of the engine.

Sorted the bumper quick release - have not finished pumping the guards so have not levelled it at the edges.

However I am undecided about the amber indicators or white - thinking the white/black theme might be done to death I am thinking the ambers ones for some contrast - I have white and amber side repeaters aswell.

And some more carbon bits.

And an offset shot.

Its going back to the fabricators this Sunday to have a few things done unfortunately. I would have been keen to get some input to. I need to get it back on the deck tonight and ready to go.

It just keeps getting better & better Lincoln! I wasn't just talking about the photo quality either

I vote for amber over clear...... Or smoked would look pretty sweet

I'm a bit worried regarding your offset shot though, I think it's got a tad to much toe in on the front [:x)]

Where did all your carbon bits come from? Mmmmmm RS500 spliter.

Quick suspension question. What are the spec's on the springs you are running on the car?

Keep up the good work!

Cheers Matt

Carbon bits are from quite a few places - mostly creative carbon via Mike Rainbird but some others from various places - I can give you contacts if you want anything in particular. Yes genuine RS500 splitter - wanted it to last past first speedbump.

Eibach coilover springs - 180lb rear - 325 fronts. Going to buy a set 50 lb stiffer front and rear and see what I like.

I have been warned about going too stiff in the rear [:u]

Yes speed bumps = [8~2]. I was surprised to see the rego plates, I assumed it would be a pure track car I guess.

Yeah I imagine to stiff in the rear would = oversteer? My Gaz coilovers are about the same from memory. I got the latest Performance Fords yesterday & there is a Sapphire with 700lb front & 400lb rears! Thats why I asked.

Did you make your roll cage completely from scratch?

Where the 400lb in coilover or standard position? It is hardly a daily driver.

Roll cage from scratch!
