    Hey mate,

Feel your pain, bought a zetec from a wreckers. Got it turned around and installed in my mk2 and
only then found out the CPS sensor couldnt see the the flywheel when i was trying to fire it for the first time.
Then learnt all about automatic and manual zetecs. Wish I had an easy solution for you but in the end it was
chasing down lots of wreckers and paying top $$$ to get the right part. Then had to pull the gearbox off to swap it out. Not one of my finer moments...

Best of luck with the hunt.

Chase one from USA eBay, gen Ford ones for less than $50 , infact get a few and sell on the others to recoup your funds ..

    Edit
I looked around and found this...

G,day guys, Just an update on this subject. I just received cps housing from Kitspares UK. luckily tried to fit sensor with housing installed in block and found it would not fit. I have had to elongate hole otherwise sensor fouls on block. This may only be a problem on the 2.0 engine and Kitspares are not aware. I will email them. Would be very annoyed if replacing a duff sensor required engine removal. Cheers.
