Wanted: little plastic piece from Mk2 Escort heater box

Anyone got a dead heater box?  I need one of the two little round plastic pieces the control cables clips into.  Lost it somehow; don't know where, don't know when.  Certainly small enough to post!  I can get a picture of what I mean if anyone is uncertain.
