1600 cam

im after a cam from a 711M block, the one that came out my block is worn badly on most edges. i pulled a spare motor down to find the cam is not much better but also the cam lobes were about 2/3s the size of the lobe from my engine, is this a 711M thing or an aftermarket cam?
