Rear crank seal?

Is there any way to DIY the rear crank seal on a kent motor? The manual shows FORD specific tools to hammer it in. What can be used as a substitute? Should the seal be lubed before driving it in?

They are carefully 'tapped' in.  You should never need to 'glue' a round oil seal into anything. They NEVER leak around the outside unless the surface they are going into is damaged  and even then its uncommon. A little oil around the sealing surface should be all you need. Just work them around gradually so they go in straight or you will damage the seal and end up having to do it all over again

    Make it go FASTER!
