I'd organised temporary rego to get to this event, cleaned car up and polished it. Not driven since September at last track outing and the bolt holding the clutch fork spacer has either worked loose or sheared whilst test driving on the way to work today. Not happy.....

Hi Scott, Thank you for the offer, I considered fixing it last night but with 39degrees and I will literally only be fixing it to drive it to the car show then it won't be driven again for months so I decided against it. As Glenns said I think its time to consider some more power. Good excuse? Cant quite figure this one out.... how did the spacer get off the bolt with a bend like that in it? It's a box out job. Was ready to go... I will see you tomorrow, brining the Green Mk2 along. Rhys

That's a shame. funny because clutch issues stopped my green car from getting tuned this Monday. hence why Im bringing the blue Esky instead. Possible that the thread iin the bell housing is stripped the bolt has been pulled out by the clutch lever over time? just a guess though. I had to pull my box out on Monday too. must be the week for clutch dramas

I was in the bakery oposite stuffing down my lunch prior to entering when you guys took off so I didn't get a chance to see those Other wise I thought it was a little quiet but some nice cars - I especially liked the orange Mk2
