Willing to swap 3.89 CW & P for diff in good condition

Hi Guys,
 
I have a 3.89 CW & P (in good conditon as per photo)  that I am keen to swap for an escort MK II diff of any ratio as long as its in good condition with no noises.
 
I would prefer the centre & axle casing only, you can keep the brakes & axles shafts but beggars can't be choosers!
