Daily Runabout. Mk1 OR Mk2 2door in WA

While my projects become finished (and during the rainy season, got fekin soaked yesterday on the motorbike going home!!) I am looking at buying a runabout obviously Escort.
I'd prefer Mk1 but will gladly consider a Mk2 only it must be a two door (coupe). somehow I still have a bit of cash left and am looking at something that I can park in work carpark and not get the piss ripped, so cleaner and tidier the better, but will consider projects or minor upgraded vehicles, essentially reg'od and reliable will do, have a think, want to sell?
