Hi Eric, do not deal with the guy on ebay in Melbourne I bought one for the twin cam and it was the worst head lining I have ever handled, It pulled apart at the seams and was too small too in places, I had 2 more made locally which were below acceptable, so I went to the uk and was very happy, I have also dealt with them for the MK2 rally pack, you have to make sure you ask for extra strips for the pillars as the uk Escorts don't have them down the length of the front pillars Jim

Thanks Ted and Jim. I've had one made up in Darwin in the past and am happy with it but that is fitted to an RS2000. My main problem is the lack of a template. Ted. sorry if I've asked this before but is your Escort a 2 or 4 door?

I can get them here in about 2 weeks; Each hoodlining will be $220 + freight to you which will be another $12.50.

Hi Steve
I hadn't received bill by 8am this morning. I'm at work. Will ring you when I get home.
I don't want a black hoodlining. Too damned hot for that up here.I want the putty colour in moonstone.
Eric

I bought an Aldridge headling for my mk2 Escort and the problem I had was the English mk2 do not have the front pillar extensions nor the centre pillar ones ,so , they sent me extra headlining trim but I won't be sewing it up as per origonal , I will over lap it as they do the centre pillars, hope everyone can understand my explaining, Jim

I bought one through SMCKA. He sources them from the UK. He ensured that the manufacturer tailored the headlining to suit the Australian RS. I have not fitted it yet as some painting is required. I had one made by a local upholsterer (in the days when I had a template) and it was a perfect fit. They just take time, patience and lots of bulldog clips.
