Go Green (Metallic) - 1970 - V

Hi there,

Does anyone have any references of original paint for 1970 Go Green (Metallic) - V?

I cant seem to find a reference anywhere, and I belive my 1970 Capri has been repainted in a Jewel Green instead.

I'd like to source the original colour.

Thanks!

    Hi Jacob

Are the part numbers/codes I referenced on Facebook of no use? You could possibly get a paint sample pot made and paint a small test piece to compare?

I had a similar problem with hot orange.  The old formulas are for acrylic.  I found a paint shop with the old formulas and had a pot of acrylic made up.  Then sprayed some out to get it colour matched in 2 pac, unless of course you want to re-spray in acrylic.  You might be able to find a modern colour card that is a close match.
