I might be able to measure up a light bracket and bumper support rail, also if you need the light covers/surrounds I will ask a mate if I can take a mold from his, hoping they are in good condition and can make a set for you

I have a full set of light / bumper brackets in good condition sitting on the bench in the garage waiting for powder coating. What dimensions you need?

I have 1 light surround here so I was going to Draw it in 3D CAD and 3D print them, I will probably leave the file on here somewhere.

Part Time MK2, I basically need all the dimensions! I would have to start with the bumper brackets, If you take a top down pic beside a tape measure so I can get a scale off it, I might be able to find all the dims, (I was a steel detailer).

Cheers!

Here you go, i think this is extremely close measurement wise

The piece from the lower left to upper right point it 60mm tall if that makes sense, that will give you your angles for the bars mid section.

the cut-outs both measure 27mm at the widest point and 13mm high.

The left side of the bracket is actually angled at about 5 degrees hence the measurement differences from top to bottom on that section plus the shorter bottom run in the middle section.

I just realized that bottom left measurement should read 150mm not 145mm sorry.

Oh look! I found a joint that sells them in the UK!
