7/70 vermillion fire v6

a friend of mine asked me to fix up his vermillion fire v6
The car had been painted a darker red at some stage. the roof had a sunroof cut into it so it took it off.

the parcel shelf had holes cut into it for speakers so im repairing it. I had another vermillion fire v6 that was stuffed but the roof and parcel shelf are good so....

good to see you posting again spud.
It would be nice to have access to some many donors, they seem to have multiplied.

Did you ever get back to the lectric Capri project?

yes i wasnt going to do any more capris - given the ponzi scheme of an world economy we have.
but they do look nice - even the vermillion fire one above with just its bonnet in red and black looks ace......

Yes i have 4 or 5 v6’s waiting for me to restore them - the red one was lucky my friends one is the same colour

if u want JR - can u  get a good deal on colour? I get automotive paint from the body shop in bayswater - but  they dont give a discount.

Yes having donor cars makes  it easy - just find the right victim and start slicing!
The electric one is on hold - like the rest of them - silly really - all of the parts are there and it would only take me a couple of days to put it together..........
