1969 Capri bumper overrides?

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone has seen or knows of these overrides that is on my 69 Capri, I haven’t seen them on any other Capri, Australian,UK or Germany. I’m interested to see where they came from.

    Yes Mk2 cortina.  You see them on 69 capris quite regularly
