Borg Warner 35 Extension Housing Seal - Mk2 Cortina

Hi all, can anyone advise me where I can find a rear extension housing seal for a Borg Warner 35 Automatic box for a Mk2 Cortina? Proving very difficult to locate. Many thanks.
