Cheers
Cant wait to try the new brakes. It will also be getting Falcon ED rotors at the back aswell with the limo diff so it should definately have no problems braking now and coping with the power. Have to pull back and restrain the pony's somehow.

g'day Dredd,
This should help:

The radiator is a KJ Radiator Industries unit.PN(KJ044A) Dimensions are 30mm core, 350mm high, 690mm wide. Fits in with exactly 2mm spare each side between the chassis rails and radiator cap clears the bonnet by about 20-30mm. Does require radiator shroud panel mods aswell.
I bought it off eBay (nrap - eBay username) through Ringwood Auto Parts in Victoria. Cost me $340. Its an sr20 alloy radiator that the Datsun boys use when doing sr20 conversions except with the inlet/outlet reversed.

Well im nearly finished the 2007 upgrades. The BTR ED XR6 diff is in running 3.45:1. Should go well behind the 5 speed. Was getting over 60km/hr in first with a 3.54:1 and no LSD during brake testing. The brake disc conversion and 5 stud conversion is also complete. Just need to shorten the driveshaft, buy some slotted rear rotors and some Toyo T1R's 205/50/15 for the rear and im back on the road.
Currently running Falcon ED-EF 15 x 6.5 rims with zero offset which are fitting perfectly but they are only temporary.
I should finally be able to wind up the boost now and feel safe about it.
Last shot is of the before shot of the falcon diff compared to escort. It just wouldn't fit???[(#)][:x)][(#)][:x)]

Yeah it was a bit big. Think the falcon diff was around 1550. Cut it down to 1330mm with the zero offset standard EB FALCON pursuit rims makes it a perfect fit now.

And yes, stripes are pure 70's porn[:x)]

Thanks Phil.
It definately needed it. I was sick of slapping the diff under the car through the single spinner. I dont think it would have been long before it exploded.[:-(] Thankfully i hadnt wound up the boost.[%]
Still needs new tramp rods and the watts link installed, but thats another project
