well another day and more problem set about fitting waterpump and make bracket to fit it to,then make and measure the braided line for the inlet of pump what a tight fiddly job anyway i completed that task so it was onto the two -12 outlet's well i stripped one -12 fitting so im out of pocket $60 for 1 fitting anyway completed 1 line and the other 1 is half finished moved on the thermostat outlet and have completed that now that tomorrow is public holiday i cant get my two fitting to finish the sh#ty job with the braid. once it is all completed i will strip it all down and clean and flush it all out including the raditator oil cooler ,braided lines etc so now i must wait for the shops to open here are some photos of the 1/2 completed work

well another day has gone by so i finished the install of the rad, waterpump, thermo fans, wiring harness, overflow bottle etc .flushed the rad,oil cooler, waterpump, washed polished and fitted it all back together still waiting for earls to open tomorrow to order the two fittings cant wait to start the car to set the electric waterpump controller and the thermo fan controller and the the big test wait for a 30 deg cel day and i will find some traffic jam to see if the rad overheats its head off good test if you take it to summer nats and you get stuck in some traffic and the gauge doesnt go over 200deg f here are some pics

yes the csr water pump was too long (front mount type) so i have the mezziere remote pump. yes i was lucky that i start this project many years ago the car has been regoed since 1991. ive just finished the car yesterday and started the motor to see if the rad works and any leaks so far so good but i have i problem that i cant get the thermos working cause it keeps telling error2 with the digital controller ,i have worked it out what the prob is so i will fix it today and the go for a drive this afternoon cause it is supposed to be 32 deg heat i will post some photos today to show you the finished engine bay ,still want that paintjob cant wait

yes the engine plate is home made so is a lot of things on the beast . the meziere pump was used for clearance problems and hose routing issues which were all solved with the meziere pump
