Ford escort XR3i project

Mk5 for sale . I bought this as a first time project and I have gone in for more than I can handle . The car is on 99k miles and has 6 owners from new. The year of first registration was 1992 .It’s in need of a full restoration on the drivers side rear quarter. The car starts and drives but has no brakes and it far from road worthy .
