Help with price please - RS2000

Hi,
 
I'm just wondering what a fair offer would be for:
 
2 door MK2 RS2000
Complete car
Stood ten years
Non matching numbers
Rust to the C pillars
Rust to sills
Would require a complete resto but very solid base
Currently sitting in Melbourne on old Vic plates - So would require Regency?
 
I dont want to offend with a low ball offer! I see so many different prices, not sure where to start?
