Frasier at Alfa Fibreglass (Kernot, Victoria) 0439304447 has a 3pc mold to make copies. The mold was taken off my console many years ago. Not sure of the price though. Obviously you realise the gear stick hole is further back to suit the 'AVO' RS's, ideal for a T9 conversion too.
I have one of these fitted to my mk1

This looks interesting, as I've been wondering what to do about a console for my T9 equipped car. Does it sit on the tunnel or over it (kind of looks like the latter)? I ask because the tunnel in my car no longer resembles the Ford sheet metal.

The back flange behind the gearstick sits on the tunnel, all the rest sits above the tunnel with the side panels supporting the top panel and attaching part way down the side of the tunnel.  There is 'some scope' to pry the side panels apart a small amount but if your tunnel is too widely modified/widened then probably not suitable.
The side panels have shallow flanges to give some rigidity. These flanges could perhaps be sanded off which may give some flexibility to the panels.(maybe)
