Mk1 fuel pump for EFI

Hi all,

I've searched but am unable to find a post I think I saw here a few years ago. Someone documented fitting a Commodore efi pump into a Mk1 fuel tank, with info about the various parts needed. I think it may have been one of the guys running a V8 but I could be wrong.
Any clues on where I can find this info?

Cheers,
Steve

    Hi Paul,
You may be right, it is possibly bad memory on my part, but I can't think where else I would have seen it. Anyway, I have found enough information to proceed so will document it here once I have  it done.

    Hi Steve,
I read rememebr reading that too, I think it would have been in someones build thread.
Im not really adventurous, and this thread provides the  large proportion of my limited knowledge, so I'd bet my bottom dollar it has been on here.

As for finding it... sorry as helpfull as an ashtray on a motorbike I know..
hopefully someone will read your post.

I know that some posts have been deleted as members leave, so perhaps its not to be found anymore..

    Jamman,
Thanks! Its not the thread I was thinking of but the mod is exactly as was described and those pictures are a good reference for where to cut the tank. I appreciate the help.
    Cheers,
    Steve
